Some things just make sense together.

Ventura Nationals is a celebration of custom cars, motorcycles, art, music, and the people who keep the culture moving forward. It’s raw, independent, and rooted in California, which is exactly why 805 Beer feels right at home.

But our connection to Ventura Nationals goes back further than showing up with cold beer.

From the Early Days

Before Ventura Nationals became what it is today, founder Holly was part of the early days of 805 Beer.

Back then, 805 was a much smaller operation. Holly was one of just a few key people helping get the brand off the ground. Putting in the work, building relationships, and helping shape the culture around a beer that was born on the Central Coast.

805 has grown quite a bit since then. So has Ventura Nationals.

But the foundation hasn’t changed much.

Both were built around real people, good times, and a respect for the culture surrounding them. No shortcuts. No trying too hard. Just putting something good into the world and letting the right people find it.

Built by Hand, Built to Last

That same mentality runs through Ventura Nationals.

Every year, the show brings together custom cars and motorcycles built with an attention to detail you can’t fake. These aren’t things made to sit untouched in a garage. They’re meant to be driven, ridden, scratched up, worked on, and enjoyed.

Add in live music, artists, builders, friends, and a few cold beers, and you’ve got a pretty good way to spend a day in Ventura.

It’s the kind of gathering that reminds us why we love this corner of California in the first place.

Back Together in the 805

For us, being part of Ventura Nationals is more than another stop on the calendar. It’s a chance to support something built by someone who’s been part of the 805 story since the beginning.

A lot has happened since those early days, but some things have a way of coming full circle.

We’ll see you in Ventura, September 5th at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. Tickets at the gates.

Cold beer ready.
