Micky Clarke is a Ventura, California native whose surfing embodies the raw, unpretentious spirit of the 805. Born and raised in Pierpont, Micky grew up chasing waves with his older brothers and quickly made the ocean his playground from a young age. True to his roots, he still lives in the same place he learned to surf, carving up local breaks like Emma Wood.
Known for his powerful style, heavy turns, and creative approach, Micky’s surfing bridges classic California flair with a modern edge reminiscent of his inspirations like Dane Reynolds and Tom Curren. He’s become a familiar face in the Chapter 11 TV collective, putting out free-surf edits that capture the authentic camaraderie and culture of Ventura’s lineup.
