Hispanic Heritage Month is about celebrating the people, traditions, and communities that keep culture alive and moving forward.
Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to tell stories about people who do exactly that. One of those stories brought us to Salinas, California, and Sabor Kustoms — a group built around a shared love of custom cars, craftsmanship, family, and culture.
Our film released earlier in the year, goes beyond the cars to tell the story of the people behind them.
For Sabor Kustoms, every build carries a piece of where they come from. It’s found in the details, the time spent in the garage, the influence of family, and a style shaped by generations of culture.
What brings the group together isn’t simply a shared interest in cars. It’s a shared culture and a commitment to representing it authentically through what they build.
That’s what made this a story worth telling.
This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re revisiting the film and raising a cold one to Sabor Kustoms, Salinas, and the generations of people who continue to build, create, and carry their culture forward.
