Old Santa Ynez Days: A Weekend in the Dirt
Santa Ynez brought the heat and the heart. From bronc riders flying out the gate to kids chasing cans and locals two-stepping by the beer tent, this year’s rodeo was a full-on celebration of tradition, grit, and good times. The stands were packed, the community was out in full force, and the energy under the lights was the kind you don’t forget.
805 was on deck pouring cold ones, cheering on our guy Lefty Holman, and soaking up every second of it.
There’s something about rodeo weekends that hits different. Dust in the air, boots tapping to live music, and generations gathering for the same reason – because it’s who they are. These are the moments we dig, which reminds us of why we do what we do, and Santa Ynez delivered all of it.
Swipe through the photo set and catch a glimpse of what made this one so special. The rides were wild, the smiles were real, and the beer was ice cold – just the way it should be.
Until next year, Santa Ynez.
